Also rather bizarrely he was given permission to operate a business by the Home Office. The man is living with a girlfriend who is also a asylum seeker but her application had been denied and she was released on bail and ordered to report to the local police station pending her deportation. She not only broke the conditions of her bail by failing to report, but also had given birth to a baby, presumably with the man she was living with, but failed to declare the birth with the Home Office. The girlfriend had filed a new asylum claim and Border Control believe due to the arrival of the baby it's unlikely the couple will be deported. Clearly this couple know how to play the system. The nail bar was employing two illegal immigrants from Vietnam, one of which claimed to be in the UK on a student Visa studying at a college in Oxford. Unfortunately for him his fellow illegal immigrant co-worker drops him right in it by letting slip that they both live in the nail bar owners house just 5 minutes away from the nail bar. Border Control officers then question the Vietnamese "student" further to establish exactly where he lives ...
